We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times then depend on your chosen shipping method:
• Standard Express (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days after dispatch ($12.95 flat rate)
• Free Economy (EMS): 15-25 business days after dispatch (free on orders over $50)

Yes! We ship to most global locations except parts of Asia and select remote areas. Whether you’re fishing in Florida, Australia, or the Mediterranean, we’ll get your gear to you. All international shipments include tracking.

Every shipment comes with our Saltwater Ready Promise: rods and reels are packed in protective, waterproof materials with corrosion-resistant packaging. Our staff are anglers who understand how to properly handle fishing equipment.

We offer a 15-day return policy from delivery date. If anything isn’t perfect, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Due to the nature of fishing equipment, we cannot accept returns on used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

While rare due to our premium packaging, if damage occurs, email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll promptly send replacements at no cost to you.
