Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Trackable service with delivery updates

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking available

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and select remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our saltwater fishing gear with the same confidence you have when battling trophy fish. While we meticulously inspect every reel, rod, lure, and accessory before shipping, we understand that sometimes equipment needs to be returned or exchanged.

Our Return Promise

  • 15-day return window from the date you receive your order
  • Items must be in original condition – unused, unopened, with all packaging and tags
  • Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened terminal tackle items (like hooks and rigs) cannot be returned

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with subject “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) to return, and reason (see template below)
  3. Receive Authorization: We’ll email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days
  4. Ship Your Return: Package securely with RMA visible and ship to:

  5. Track Your Return: Use a trackable shipping service (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error)

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, clearly stating you want an exchange and specifying the replacement item. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders over $50, a $12.95 shipping fee will be deducted

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective saltwater fishing gear, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers (excluding parts of Asia and select remote areas) are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Refunds will be processed in USD.
