We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags
  • Opened terminal tackle (hooks, rigs, etc.) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

5.2 Return Process

  2. Include order number, items to return, and reason
  3. We’ll email RMA instructions within 2 business days

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Free shipping orders over $50 will have $12.95 deducted
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Follow the return process, clearly stating you want an exchange and specifying the replacement item. We’ll process once we receive the original item.
